Privacy notice for this website
This notice covers the request form on webwizworldhr.com and the feedback form in the demonstration.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, work email, organisation, what you are interested in, your organisation's size if you choose to give it, and your message. Feedback forms collect your ratings and comments; contact details there are optional and kept only if you tick the box allowing us to contact you.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, arrange demonstrations, and manage pilot participation. We do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
In the WebWizWorld HRMS demonstration database on our own server, separate from any customer system. Only authorised WebWizWorld staff can read it, after two-step sign-in.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your details with third parties, and this website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. A single technical cookie protects the form against cross-site forgery.
How long we keep it
Until your request is handled and any demonstration or pilot ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by replying to any message we send you, or by sending a request through the form above with "privacy" in the message.
