Try it with a fictional company
Our demonstration runs on its own servers with invented employees, departments and leave requests. Each prospective client gets a personal, time-limited invitation and a separate copy of the fictional company.

Help shape WebWizWorld HRMS
We are inviting a small number of organisations — SMEs, schools, colleges and others — to evaluate WebWizWorld HRMS with synthetic data. Places are limited and each application is reviewed. Pilot dates are agreed with each participant; no general launch date has been set.

A few hours over about four weeks, honest feedback, and no real employee data during the pilot.

The pilot uses synthetic data only. Live data would need a separate agreement later.

Access by role
Permissions are enforced by the server. Supervisors see only their teams; employees see only their own records.
Audit trail
Sign-ins and sensitive changes are recorded and can be reviewed by authorised staff.
Encrypted connections
All our sites use HTTPS. Uploaded documents are scanned for malware, and backups are encrypted.
WebWizWorld HRMS has not yet undergone independent security certification, and we make no claim of certification or statutory compliance.
